My many years of life experience coupled with my counselor education enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health symptoms and disorders. I provide a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space to individuals, families, and couples to discuss their issues and work toward resolutions. HONEST, COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!
My focus is to ENGAGE, EDUCATE, & EMPOWER individuals to being the healing process and become aware of their inner strengths, values, and boundaries and how to apply them in their life and relationships. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan during the counseling process.
I focus on helping the client to identify thinking patterns, boundary issues, and core beliefs that may be interfering with their goals. I will work together with the client to identify client strengths and coping skills that work best for the client as they progress toward their goals.
I promise to be there for you every step of your counseling journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the counseling process as you deal with your grief and move toward healing.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and families in a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
